บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่มีต่อการจัดบริการด้านสวัสดิการ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สุพรรณบุรี การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 440 คน โดยเก็บตัวอย่างจากประชากรทั้งหมด ข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้ค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาพรวมทั้งหมดของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการระดับมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.7 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.5 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการระดับน้อย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.8 เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการ ระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านแนะแนวและให้คำปรึกษา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.8 รองลงมา คือ ด้านการจัดโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.5 พบว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการระดับน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านกายภาพที่ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.9 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการระดับน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ด้านแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่นักศึกษา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.5 ข้อเสนอแนะของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อการจัดบริการสวัสดิการ ได้แก่ 1) ปรับปรุงด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียน 2) ปรับปรุงด้านกายภาพที่ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของนักศึกษา 3) ปรับปรุงด้านแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่นักศึกษา
ผลการวิจัยนี้ ส่งผลให้มีปรับปรุงการจัดบริการสวัสดิการสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล เพื่อให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความสะดวกในการเรียน ส่งผลให้นักศึกษามีความสุขในการดำเนินชีวิต สามารถพัฒนาตนเองอย่างมีคุณภาพ

Students Satisfaction on Provided Welfare Services of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Suphanburi

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate students satisfaction on the provision of welfare services by Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Suphanburi. A survey design was employed in the study. All nursing students who registered in the 2008 academic year were purposively selected. Therefore, 440 students were included in this study. Two questionnaires were used for data collection, including the Personal Information Form and the Satisfaction on Provided Welfare Services Questionnaire. The Cronbachs Alpha Coefficient of .82 indicated the reliability of the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics including frequencies, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Results show that overall, 20.7% of nursing students were most satisfied. 74.5% reported moderate satisfaction. Subsequently, only 4.8% expressed least satisfaction. The top two aspects of students satisfaction with highest scores were consulting services (41.8%) and student development programs (40.5%), respectively. Students also reported that they had the lowest satisfaction on physical environments (25.9%) and the beneficial information sources (7.5%). In addition, the most recommendations by nursing students to improve school welfare services included the improvement of physical environments and beneficial information sources. An empirical knowledge obtained from this study provided a rationale for improving welfare services in BCNS. Especially, physical environments and the beneficial information sources were the most services considered by the college in order to improve quality of life among nursing students.
